Choosing another stylist usually provides availability. However, wait times may range from 2 weeks to 1.5 months depending on the service. Use this link to join the waiting list, and we will contact you if a spot becomes available.

I made a payment but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Why?

Accepted Answer

This issue may arise due to:The payment appearing as completed during the bank-card processing but not actually being processed due to system errors.In this case, no actual money was taken, and the refund will be processed shortly.If no refund occurs, please contact Planity customer service at contact@planity.com.

Accepted Answer

A refund of the prepayment is possible with proof of COVID-19 infection or sudden hospital admission.

Refunds for dissatisfaction are not possible. However, if your concerns are valid, we offer a free touch-up service. Please contact us within one week for this option.
